Dr. Citrin and Dr. Rutherford have treated thousands of patients across St. Louis with over 35 years of experience.

Dr. Jeffrey Citrin, D.C.

Clinic Director & Injury Specialist

Dr. Jeffrey Citrin graduated with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1977 and founded Citrin Chiropractic Center that same year. He has received numerous awards for his accomplishments and has undergone special training in treating Auto Accident Victims, Musculoskeletal Injuries, as well as balloon sinuplasty for treating sinus problems.

Dr. Citrin has served the St. Louis bilingual community in English and Spanish for more than 20 years. He currently resides in Creve Coeur and has 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Dr. Citrin is an avid racquetball player and golfer, as well as being an accomplished musician. Dr. Citrin stays affiliated with the ACA and MSCA to stay current on Missouri chiropractic education, laws and regulations.

Dr. Jeffrey Rutherford, D.C.

Partner & Injury Specialist

Dr. Jeffrey Rutherford graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1998. Before joining Citrin Chiropractic Center in 2003, Dr. Rutherford took over an existing practice from a retiring Doctor just a few miles from Citrin Chiropractic Center.

Dr. Rutherford has undergone special training for Auto Accident Injuries and Sports Injuries. He has a background in high-level sports and fitness, having played competitive baseball and was drafted by a professional baseball team.

His interest in sports culminated in him pursuing his Doctorate in Chiropractic, as he has seen firsthand the injuries and pitfalls that hamper athletes at all levels of competition. This helps with understanding and handling the general public and their common day-to-day injuries.

Dr. Rutherford resides in St. Peters, MO with his wife, Tess, and three children and five grandkids. The office has served the St. Louis Spanish-speaking community for over 28 years. Dr. Rutherford is an avid scuba diver and spearfisher. He and his wife Tess like to travel to her home country, the Philippines, and worldwide. They involve themselves with the Philippine Association quite frequently. Dr. Rutherford and his wife are proud FAAMO members (Filipino-American Association of Missouri). The office also works with Logan University as a continuing Clinical Preceptorship site for student doctors. Dr. Rutherford has been a proud member and follower of Red Latina STL for over 27 years, which is why the office has been bilingual all these years. Dr. Rutherford stays affiliated with the ACA and MSCA to stay current on Missouri chiropractic education, laws and regulations.

Meet Kim, our Insurance and Account Manager. Kim has been with the clinic since 2015 and has been doing medical billing for over 25 years. She is a key contributor to our high standards when it comes to managing all aspects of patient accounts and insurance.

Meet Tanya, our massage therapist. Tanya graduated from Missouri College in 2005 with honors. She performs Integrated Therapy utilizing many modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release therapy, aromatherapy, reiki, carpal tunnel release therapy, and prenatal massage.
